Merchant agreement
What a merchant agrees to when joining the FVAMPay network.
Last updated October 2026
The full agreement is being drafted with our solicitors and is presented at merchant onboarding. These are the network standards every merchant signs up to.
Network standards
- The network refund policy: 14 days no-quibble on digital subscriptions, pro-rata refunds on cancellation, refunds paid within 2 working days. See the policy.
- Legality: everything you sell is legal in every country you sell to, and you tell us if that changes.
- Clear pricing: prices are shown clearly, subscriptions can be cancelled in one tap, and you honour the price caps customers have approved.
- Verification: standard business verification and sanctions screening at signup and periodically afterwards.
- Disputes: you respond to a customer dispute within 5 working days.
Fees and settlement
One rate: 2.5% of each payment. Your customers' top-up fees are refunded to them when they pay you, out of that rate. The fee is split off in the payment transaction itself; the rest arrives in your own wallet in the same moment. There is no settlement delay, no reserve, no minimum, and no fee on refunds.
Removal from the network
Merchants who do not meet the standards are delisted. Delisting stops every subscription held with you across the network, so it is not done lightly, and there is a notice and appeal route.
